Q: What are Inflatable Bouncers Made of?

A: Commercial grade PVC tarpaulin, lead free, waterproof, fireproof, UV protective. Besides, we use high quality interior baffle materials and durable nylon threads.

Q: How do you do reinforcements and make high quality bouncers?
A: We use professional commercial sewing machines, with strong threads to double stitch everywhere, quadruple or sextuple stitch for sensitive areas, reinforced strips at joints. We also use professional welding machines, high-frequency machines, automatic cutting machines and digital printing machines to ensure strength, durability and longevity.

Q: Can add logo printing on Inflatable Bouncers?
A: Yes. This is for free unless printing area is big or logo is customized and complicated. You may send us high resolution artwork in AI, JPG, PDF or PSD format.

Q: How to blow up Inflatable Bouncers?
A: By electric air blower (s) which are included, we can match suitable power and plugs for you. It usually takes minutes to blow up depending on design. Please make sure blower air hoses and hooks & loops fastener zipper openings (for quick deflaton) are closed when in use.

Q: Can we use Inflatable Bouncers in winds?
A: Although we make anchoring tie-down D rings (usually 4 to 15 rings for every ground corner and higher points, depending on design) for stability, please use it depending on actual scene, we do not recommend use in strong winds more than 35Km/h.

Q: Can we use Inflatable Bouncers in rain?
A: We do not recommend especially in heavy rain.

Q: Is there a Warranty?
A:

1). Each inflatable includes a repair kit (material patches and glue for sea shipment).

2). Each inflatable is blown up to do quality inspection and take photos/videos for your confirmation.

3). We welcome your visit or Third-party inspection agent to inspect quality before shipment.

Q: Prices and Selling Terms?
A:

1) Unless otherwise stated all prices listed are including air blower (s) and repair kit (as liquid, glue is for sea shipment only), and based on Exworks terms.
2) We can do FOB, CNF/CFR, CIF terms if you need. 
3) We recommend bigger quantity or wholesales for mass production, to save cost, to get discount.

Q: How to order?

Q: How to pay?
A: We accept payment by T/T (bank wire transfer), Western Union, Money Gram, Trade Assurance via Alibaba- Credit Card(Visa or Master Card). 30% deposit, balance after production.

Q: Production time?
A: Production time for an order usually takes 10- 20 days upon receipt of deposit. However, it can be longer or shorter time, depending on design (big or small size, simple or complicated, in stock or not), order quantity (big or small), time frame (busy season or low season) when you place order, etc.

Q: Shipping?

1, Shipping methods: Can be shipped by sea to seaport 10 to 50 days, by air to airport 5 to 10 days, or by express door to door 3 to 9 days.
